Lucas Alves

Lucas Alves started their work experience in 2013 as an intern at Odebrecht Agroindustrial. Lucas worked there until 2015. In 2016, they joined BTG Pactual as an Operations Analyst. In 2017, they joined Robert Half as a Business Consultant and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are working at Boa Vista as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Tech Recruiting.

Lucas Alves studied Administration of Companies at FEI from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Companies at the ELS English Center in Santa Monica, California in 2012.
