Alessandro Manzato

Alessandro Manzato is an experienced professional with a robust background in product innovation, development, and engineering within the outdoor sports, cycling, and footwear industries. Currently serving as the Director of Partner Product Innovation & Development for BOA® since June 2016, Alessandro has held various roles including Customer Product Development Manager and Advanced Development Manager for the Mountain GBU, focusing on advanced product concepts. Prior to BOA®, Alessandro worked at Northwave srl as the Research & Development Manager, overseeing R&D and quality control across multiple product lines, and earlier roles included engineering development positions at Tecnica Group and Nordica. Alessandro's academic credentials include a degree in Air Transportation Management and Air Navigation from Istituto Tecnico Aeronautico "F. Baracca."
