Joel Downes

Joel Downes has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joel began their career at Mage SunFIXINGS Limited, where they worked as a Marketing and IT support professional. Joel then moved on to Event Digipix, where they held a role in Marketing and Digital Media. In 2013, they joined LEAN MARKETING SYSTEMS as a Client Support Analyst, providing support to software users and handling various requests. Joel's next role at LEAN MARKETING SYSTEMS was as an Application Support Specialist/QA, where they provided support and performed quality assurance tasks. In 2016, they joined Board Intelligence as a Software Operations Associate, responsible for client on-boarding, training, and reviewing services. Joel later transitioned to the role of Product & QA Specialist at the same company. Currently, Joel occupies the position of Senior Quality Assurance Lead - Mobile at Board Intelligence.
