Gordon Pothier

Gordon Pothier serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Board since August 2025. Prior to this role, Gordon held the position of Senior Finance Advisor and Chief Financial Officer at Sonar from November 2021 to August 2025, contributing to the development of products aimed at enhancing code quality and security. Gordon's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Onapsis Inc from March 2018 to September 2021 and at Carbon Black from April 2008 to February 2018, where responsibilities included leadership in financial strategy. Additionally, Gordon was the Vice President of Finance at Carbon Black and the Senior Director of Sales Operations at Corel. Gordon holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Bentley University.
