Dulce Navarro

Dulce Navarro is a dedicated professional with experience in case management and educational support. Currently serving as an HS/PRS Case Manager at Board of Child Care since July 2022, Dulce previously worked at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. as a Case Manager from October 2021 to July 2022. Earlier roles include serving as a Child Care Teacher at the Child Development Council of NEPA and as a Spanish Tutor at Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where education was pursued. Dulce holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies and minors in Social Work and Spanish Language and Literature from PennWest Clarion, obtained between 2016 and 2020. Additional experience includes positions as a Case Aide at Justice Works Youth Care and a Residential Mentor with Upward Bound.
