Creade V. Brodie, Jr. was first elected to the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County, Maryland, in 2010 for a four-year term. He was re-elected in 2014 and again in 2018.

Commissioner Brodie is a graduate of Beall High School, Frostburg, Maryland. He is a Fellow of The Academy for Excellence in Local Governance, a professional development program associated with the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.

Commissioner Brodie is a 20+ year employee of the LaVale (Maryland) Sanitary Commission and is the Maintenance Supervisor.
