Mariana Pimenta

Mariana Pimenta is an experienced professional currently serving on the LTSP Creation Team and as a Soft Skills Trainer at the Board of European Students of Technology since March 2020. Equipped with extensive training skills in design, communication, group facilitation, and adult learning, Mariana has a strong background in managing teams and fostering development. Mariana held various leadership roles at BEST Almada, including President, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and team motivation. Additionally, Mariana functioned as the External Relations Responsible for organizing a summer course for international students and contributed as a Public Speaking Trainer at Speak and Lead. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Mariana continues to enhance professional capabilities in communication and organizational processes.
