Klym Honcharov has held a variety of roles since 2017. Klym began as an Academic Writer for IT Solution Expert in 2017, and also worked as a Freelance Translator that same year. In 2018, they were a Mentor/Team Captain, Senior SDR, and Sales Development Representative for CIENCE, as well as a Freelance Video Editor. In 2020, they were a Video Editor for artcom venture GmbH and a Sales Development Representative for Datarob | B2B Leadgen Provider. Klym currently serves as a Strategy & Innovation Exploration Manager for Board of Innovation.

Klym Honcharov received a Master's degree in Linguistics from Donetsk National University between 2011 and 2017.
