Teresa MacCartney

Teresa MacCartney is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice Chancellor of Administration at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. Prior to their current role, Teresa served as Director at the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget and Deputy Superintendent at the Georgia Department of Education. Teresa also held positions such as Education Director and Policy Analyst at the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget. Teresa holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University.
