Bryan Andaya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic consulting. As the owner of Andaya Consulting, LLC and Andaya Real Estate School since January 2022, Bryan provides businesses and organizations with support in areas such as strategic planning, change management, and professional development. In addition, Bryan serves on the Member Board of Directors for UHA Health Insurance and holds the position of Chair for the Board of Directors of the Honolulu Board of Water Supply, where responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of clean and safe drinking water to the community. The Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS) provides safe, dependable and affordable water now and into the future for the island of Oahu, Hawaii. A semi-autonomous agency of the City and County of Honolulu, BWS manages Oahu’s municipal water resources and distribution system. As the largest water utility in the state, we serve approximately one Oahu million customers.
