Christin Jane

Christin Jane is a Business Development Specialist at BoardPAC since January 2018, focusing on identifying new opportunities for paperless system solutions and conducting customer demos. Previously, Christin served as a Service Delivery Lead, overseeing agile project management and collaborating with product management teams to define product roadmaps and user demonstrations. Prior experience includes a Team Lead position at DXC Technology, where responsibilities involved monitoring calls and service level agreements, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert at CSC, which entailed creating training scripts and educating new agents. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Customer Service Representative at CSC and an IT Specialist at Hewlett-Packard. Christin holds a Bachelor of Marketing and International Trade (Hons) from Victoria University and completed the Canadian Matriculation Program at Sunway College.
