Karen Jaw-Madson

Karen Jaw-Madson is a Principal at Co.-Design of Work Experience, where Karen helps decision-makers address organizational challenges affecting business results. Karen also works as an Instructor at LinkedIn Learning, as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc, and as a Candidate Advisory Program Coach at BoardProspects. Additionally, Karen teaches at Stanford Continuing Studies and contributes to the Trustworthy Technology and Innovation in Healthcare Book Series. Karen is also an Author, Investor & Partner, and Founder of aNewHR. Karen holds a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Ethnic & Cultural Studies from Bryn Mawr College.
