Joanne Kong

Joanne Kong is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as a Regional Recruiter at BoardRoom Limited since November 2019, Joanne is responsible for recruitment efforts in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Prior to this role, Joanne worked as a Human Resources Executive at Malaysia Pacific Corporation Berhad, where responsibilities included salary calculation, staff hiring, and preparing monthly statutory payments. Joanne began their career in hospitality, starting as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, followed by a Guest Service Attendant role, and further enhanced expertise during a South East Asia Management Trainee position with Hilton Worldwide Group.
