Abbie von Schlegell is an accomplished nonprofit management professional with extensive experience in advancement, governance, and planning. Since June 2007, Abbie has served as Principal at a von schlegell & co, specializing in women's philanthropy and major gifts. Abbie is also a Certified Governance Trainer with BoardSource and previously taught as Adjunct Faculty at Boston University's Center for Professional Education. Significant previous roles include Managing Director at Brakeley Briscoe Inc., Chief Development Officer at both Shakespeare Theatre Company and Enterprise Community Partners, and Senior Consultant at Marts & Lundy, Inc.
