Susan Decker is a senior governance consultant specializing in nonprofit organizations and professional associations. Currently, Susan serves as lead faculty for BoardSource and provides extensive training and consulting on nonprofit board governance, management, and fundraising. Susan has held senior leadership roles at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Susan G.
