Finlay MacNaughton

Finlay MacNaughton currently serves as a Fellow at Boardy, starting in December 2025, where the focus is on facilitating introductions between founders and investors. Prior to this role, Finlay worked as a Community Curator at Pillar from February to October 2025, building extensive communities for talent managers and showcasing opportunities for talented individuals. In early 2025, Finlay was a Talent Agent at Brew Influence, specializing in connecting brands with suitable talent, and briefly held the position of Marketing Executive at MakeItSticky in August to September 2024. Finlay is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business at the University of Birmingham, with an expected graduation date in June 2029.
