Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW)
Rishabh Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy policy, transition, and strategy. Currently serving as a Fellow and Senior Programme Lead at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) since December 2018, Rishabh leads the Technology Futures and Energy Transition teams, focusing on India's energy transition, critical minerals, and clean energy manufacturing. Previously, Rishabh held various roles at CEEW, including Programme Lead, where responsibilities included the establishment of the CEEW Centre for Energy Finance. Experience also includes consultancy at Oxford Policy Management and Energo Labs, project management at Vikram Solar, and early career roles at CEEW and Onergy. Rishabh holds a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
