Russ Bazydlo

Russ Bazydlo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, learning and talent development, and technology administration. Currently serving as a Product Manager at RQI Partners, LLC, Russ specializes in Learning Management Systems strategy and implementations, focusing on product ownership and stakeholder communication. Additionally, Russ has held various fitness instructor roles while working at Boar's Head Resort and the Brooks Family YMCA. Prior to these positions, Russ spent over a decade at Strategic Education, Inc., where leadership in HR technology and compliance projects was demonstrated, alongside management of learning and development initiatives. Experience also includes significant roles at the University of Virginia, where responsibilities encompassed instructional design technology and systems administration, as well as network administration at L’Oreal USA. Russ Bazydlo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Virginia.
