Guillaume Dubuy

Guillaume DUBUY's work experience begins in 1999 at PwC, where they worked as an Audit Manager until 2006. In this role, they conducted financial statutory audits, internal control reviews, and prepared annual reports. Guillaume also performed SOX 404 reviews, internal control assessments, and worked with various accounting standards.

From 2006 to 2011, Guillaume worked at Cotecna as an Internal Audit Manager. Here, they managed internal audits for the company.

In 2011, Guillaume joined Boart Longyear as the Regional Senior Internal Audit Manager for the EMEA region. Guillaume held this position until 2012 when they became the Zone Manager for Drilling Services Operations in French West Africa. In 2013, they became the Territory Manager for Drilling Services Operations in French West Africa. From 2014 to 2016, Guillaume served as the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for Boart Longyear. Guillaume then became the Regional Finance Director from 2016 to 2018, responsible for finance control and financial planning analysis for multiple entities across Western and Southern Africa. From 2018 to 2023, Guillaume worked as the Regional Director for Drilling Services EMEA at Boart Longyear, overseeing drilling services operations in Africa and driving safety, productivity, and operational excellence. Guillaume also had P&L ownership and business development responsibilities for a $100M+ business. Currently, Guillaume holds the position of VP Operations Drilling Services at Boart Longyear, starting in July 2023.

Guillaume DUBUY's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Grenoble economics and management university. Guillaume graduated from this institution in 1999 with honors, earning a DEUG diploma in finance. During the same period, from 1996 to 1999, they also studied at Grenoble Management School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on finance.
