Judy Adam

Judy Adam is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, joining in November 2022. Judy brings with her over 25 years of public company experience in Media, Consumer Products and Cannabis Retail sectors.

She has extensive experience in M&A, capital markets, investor relations, strategic planning, financial reporting, and risk management. Her career also highlights her extensive experience in high growth, complex environments, and scaling businesses from early stage to over $1 billion market cap.

Judy joined Corus Entertainment (TSX: CJR.b), one of Canada’s leading independent entertainment and media companies, as a key member of the management team that created the company in 1999 and held various senior finance roles during her 20-year tenure, progressing to Senior Vice-President in 2016. In 2020, Judy became the CFO of MAV Beauty Brands (TSX: MAV), a global personal care company selling premium quality, authentic and differentiated haircare, body care and beauty products and after that, she was the CFO of Fire and Flower Holdings Corp. (TSX: FAF), a leading technology-powered, adult-use cannabis retailer with more than 90 corporate-owned stores across Canada. Additionally, she has served on several non-profit boards and audit committees for over 15 years.

Judy is a CPA, CA and holds a Corporate Finance designation with CPA Canada and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
