Laura Burns is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Services Specialist at BOAT ROCKER since August 2017, where responsibilities include facilitating new hire onboarding and managing the company’s first exit interview and offboarding program to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
