Digital Ad Sales Planner - Europe at Boats Group

Helio Wense has extensive work experience beginning with internships in journalism at IRDEB in 2000. Helio worked as a TV production assistant at Rede Bahia in 2001, before moving to Viamidia Publicidade where they worked as an assistant creative director, creating scripts and advertising campaigns for different media. In 2008, they started working for Grupo Intercom where they played different roles, including the country manager for SoloStocks Brazil and Portugal, design and user experience for Solostcks.com and operations and customer service manager for CosasDeBarcos.com. In 2014, they worked as the operations and tech support manager for Dominion Marine Media, LLC before joining Boats Group in 2016 as the customer support manager for Key Accounts in Spain and Portugal. Currently, they work as a digital ad sales planner for Europe at Boats Group.

Helio Wense earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universidade Católica do Salvador in 1998-2003. Helio later pursued a Master of Business Administration in Digital Communications and Media at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2007-2008. Currently, they are enrolled in ThePower Business School's Programa ThePowerDigitalMarketing for 2021-2023, and they obtained a certification in Fundamentos del Marketing Digital from Google Actívate in July 2020.
