Monica Montenegro

Monica Montenegro has a diverse work experience starting as a Test Proctor at Miami Dade College in 2011. Monica then worked as a Recruiter Assistant and moved on to serve as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Segrera Associates from January 2014 until April 2017. Monica then joined Boats Group as a Corporate Recruiter in April 2017 and was promoted to the role of Human Resources Generalist in June 2021, where they managed payroll administration and employee experience, conducted LinkedIn trainings, and helped strengthen and promote the company culture. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated the ability to build valuable relationships with internal customers and external and internal candidates alike.

Monica Montenegro earned their Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College in 2013. Monica went on to complete their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Florida International University in 2017. In March 2023, they obtained a certification in Preparing for the SHRM-CP Exam from LinkedIn.
