Nick Wilcox

Nick Wilcox has held various accounting roles since 2016, starting as an intern at Winston, Williams, Creech, Evans & Co. LLP before interning at PwC and then working as an associate at PwC. Nick joined Strong & Associates P.C. in 2018 as an associate, responsible for providing small business accounting services to local businesses. From 2019 to 2021, Nick worked at PwC where they were promoted from an Experienced Associate to Senior Associate, responsible for auditing large companies. In 2021, Nick joined Boats Group as a Senior Accountant before being promoted to Assistant Controller in 2022. In addition to their work in accounting, Nick worked as a lifeguard, aquatics supervisor, and substitute teacher at New Hanover County Schools, starting in 2013 and ending in 2015.

Nick Wilcox earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2014. Nick then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting at Wake Forest University School of Business from 2015 to 2016. Nick also obtained additional certifications in Data Tools and Visualization, Human-Centered Design, and Digital Acumen from PwC in 2019 and 2020.
