Michele Baxley

Michele Baxley is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Partner, Executive Director, and Senior Search Executive at Boaz Partners, LLC since 2015, Michele has previously held significant roles including Head of Industrial Operations for Merial, a Sanofi Company, overseeing multiple vaccine manufacturing facilities from 2009 to 2015. Other notable positions include VP Operations at Hawkins, Inc., and VP Operations and Global Supply Chain Manager at Purac. Michele's career began in 1982 with roles in process engineering and operational management across companies such as Merck and NutraSweet.
