Mike Condon is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of Solution Architecture at City Barbeque, focusing on the integration of emerging technologies to enhance restaurant operations. Condon has held various leadership roles at Bob Evans Restaurants and Bob Evans Farms since 2014, where responsibilities include serving as Enterprise Architect and providing scalable corporate solutions.
