Steven Smith is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in application management, project management, and process improvement across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of IT Applications & Technical Services at Bob Evans Farms, Inc., Steven oversees a team supporting multiple business platforms and champions ITIL-compliant process improvements. Prior roles include Project Manager/Scrum Master at CompuGain, Owner of Aimpoint Consulting, and various leadership positions at Chase, where contributions included streamlining application processes and advancing service delivery methodologies. With a foundational background in business analysis developed at Cardinal Health and Safelite Autoglass, as well as early experience in legislative support, Steven holds a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
