Ravi K.

Ravi K. is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at BOBCARD since 2019, Ravi focuses on HR transformation initiatives. Previously, as Head of Human Resources at Axis Securities Limited from 2015 to 2018, Ravi contributed to significant growth, increasing the workforce from 17,000 to 34,000 employees. Ravi's career also includes key positions at SBI General Insurance, where as a founding HR member, Ravi helped establish the joint venture into a top industry player, and at Taurus Mutual Fund, where strategic leadership aimed to enhance operations significantly. Additionally, Ravi held the role of National HR Manager at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, supporting vital organizational transformations. Ravi holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
