Previously, Ritesh held the position of Chief Manager at Angel Broking, overseeing HR functions across four regions, and served as Regional HR Business Partner for Punjab, J&K, and HP at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. Ritesh's earlier roles include Circle HR at Aircel and HR Service Delivery Partner at Alcatel-Lucent, a globally recognized leader in communications technology, as well as Executive-HR & Admin at Accel Frontline Ltd. Ritesh holds a Master's in Personnel Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
