Vad Onaitis

Vad Onaitis is a Senior Product Designer at Bob W. since August 2022. Previously, Vad worked as a Lead Product Designer at OSOM Finance from April 2020 to August 2022, and as a Product Designer at Banki.ru from August 2017 to April 2020. Vad holds a Master's degree in Sociology and Social Psychology from State University of Management. At OSOM, Vad was in charge of the product design team, developing new features, and contributing to strategic decisions. At Banki.ru, Vad focused on the car insurance line of business for B2C and B2B customers, working closely with the Art-director on design systems and participating in user research and usability testing.
