Dave Schoonaert

Dave Schoonaert is an experienced event consultant and project manager currently working at PMY Group since April 2021, overseeing various projects. Notably, Dave served as the Deputy Venue IT Manager for the Water Polo venue during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, focusing on IT project management, deployment, and support. Additionally, Dave has been an advisor for Bobble Sports since June 2020, enhancing fan engagement in sports and esports. Previous experience includes freelance event IT consulting, a sabbatical for language study, and significant roles at Eurotech Global Sports and EDS, where Dave contributed to major FIFA tournaments. Educational background includes a BA in Economics from Centre College and completion of the Systems Engineering Development Program at EDS.
