Kaitlyn M. Esposito, MPH, CPH, currently serves as the Director of Programs & Research at the Bobby Jones Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation, where responsibilities include managing multiple research projects and studies, maintaining a national multi-site study database, and leading social media initiatives to enhance health education. In addition, Kaitlyn acts as a consultant for the KCNT1 Epilepsy Foundation, facilitating the launch of a patient registry and providing guidance on study design. Past experience includes a long tenure as a dance instructor at the St. Clare Dance Program, where the focus was on fostering self-esteem and discipline in youth. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seton Hall University.

The mission of the Bobby Jones Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation (Bobby Jones CSF) is to advance knowledge through research, and to educate the medical, allied sciences and lay community about Chiari malformation (CM), syringomyelia (SM) and related disorders. Bobby Jones CSF works on a local, national and international scale to deliver programs that advance education and awareness about these poorly understood conditions.
