Karen Hager

Karen Hager is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic management and growth initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence at Bobcat Company since April 2021, Karen leads a newly formed team focused on innovative digital growth across various channels such as email, paid search, and social media. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Activation, Digital Marketing Consultant for United Healthcare, and Manager of Paid Media at Thomson Reuters, where Karen managed significant marketing programs and led teams to enhance performance. With a background in education as a lecturer in Digital Marketing Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Karen combines hands-on industry expertise with a passion for teaching future marketers. Karen holds an MBA in Integrated Marketing Concepts from St. Catherine University and a BS in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota.
