Mahesh Seshadri

Mahesh Seshadri, CQE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in supplier quality and development. Currently serving as a Senior Supplier Development Engineer at Bobcat Company since August 2023, Mahesh previously worked at Polaris Inc. as a Supplier Quality Engineer, where collaboration with suppliers and engineers on quality issues in chassis commodities was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Supply Chain Performance Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on capacity issues, shipping performance, and quality non-conformances. Mahesh's early career includes a position as a Quality Engineer at Federal Tool & Engineering and an Industrial Engineer role at Sanmar Engineering Corporation. Mahesh holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amrita University.
