Nathan Dykema holds extensive experience in sales and marketing within the Bobcat Company, where roles have progressed from Finance Analyst to Sales Promotions Manager since June 2014. In the role of Sales Promotions Manager, Nathan optimizes and manages a significant annual sales incentive program budget, driving sales, marketing, and financial performance for Doosan Bobcat in North America. Previous positions include Sales & Marketing Promotions Analyst II, where Nathan influenced a large promotions budget and developed performance dashboards, as well as responsibilities in controlling and analyzing sales promotion policies. Prior to Bobcat, Nathan held roles at Cargill and served as Vice President of Collegiate DECA. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
