Mathieu Canuel

Mathieu Canuel is an experienced bartender with a diverse background in the hospitality industry, currently working at Power Up Arcade Bar since April 2019 and also at Bob's Burgers & Brew since October 2016. Mathieu's expertise includes drink creation, cocktail service, and management responsibilities such as product ordering and leadership. Previous roles include CEO at Iceman English, a restaurant manager and bartender at J Bookwalter Fiction Winery, and bartending positions at various establishments including Bohemian Brewery and Michelangelo's. Mathieu holds a Master's in TESOL and a teaching certificate, complemented by experience as an English teacher in both Shenzhen School District and Manhattan Academic School of Education.
