Currently serving as the General Manager at Bob's Steak & Chop House since November 2012, Dan has successfully contributed to the establishment's operations and overall guest experience. Previously, Dan held the role of Manager/Wine Director at Marquee Grill & Bar from September 2011 to November 2012. Dan graduated from the University of Oklahoma, enhancing expertise in the culinary and service industries.
