Derek Frey

Derek Frey currently holds the position of Service Manager at Pappas Brothers Steakhouse. Since August 2014, Derek has been responsible for training all new staff members at the restaurant. Prior to this, Derek worked as a Server at Bob's Steak & Chop House in Grapevine.
