Elliot Carmona is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Lead Bartender at Hotel Drover, Autograph Collection since December 2023. Prior to this role, Elliot worked as a Bartender at Bob's Steak & Chop House from January 2019 to December 2023. In addition to bartending, Elliot has experience as a Pharmacy Technician at Kroger Specialty Pharmacy, where responsibilities included prescription preparation, inventory management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Recently, Elliot completed a Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp at The University of Texas at Dallas in July 2023 and pursued further education at Academind and Zero To Mastery Academy in late 2023.
