Nicholas then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Houston. Nicholas has held positions at Landry's as a Server and Head Bartender. Nicholas has extensive experience as an Assistant General Manager at Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, Gibsons Restaurant Group, and currently at Bob's Steak & Chop House. In their current role, Nicholas oversees operations for a store grossing roughly $13 million in sales with nearly 150 full-time employees.
