Ariel Litvac

Ariel Litvac has held various roles in the finance and compliance industry since 2004. Ariel started their career as a Finance Control Intern at Sika in 2004. Ariel then moved to Citi in 2006, where they worked as a Finance Control Analyst. At the same time, they were also a Supervising Senior Auditor - Financial Services at KPMG. In 2012, Litvac joined Quantitas Gestão de Recursos as an Internal Control, Risks and Compliance Manager. Ariel then worked as a Compliance Manager at RB Capital from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they began working as a Compliance Manager and DPO at Santander Caceis Brasil DTVM S.A. and was then a Controller & Compliance Officer at Saks from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Litvac is the Global Compliance Lead at Bobtail, a position they have held since 2023.

Ariel Litvac has a diverse educational background. Ariel holds an MBA in Controlling and Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, a Bachelor of Accounting from BDO Trevisan / Unisul, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from PUC-SP. In 2012, they attended São Judas Tadeu / RS. Additionally, Litvac has obtained certifications such as the Privacy and Data Protection Foundation from EXIN in August 2020, CRC, Certified Professional - CPA 20 - Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association, Qualification Program- Compliance - BM&FBovespa, TOEIC - Score: 870/990, and Wset Level 3 Award in Wine - Pass with Merit from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
