Mariya Kostyukova

Mariya Kostyukova is a Business Operations Analyst at BOC Group, with experience identifying process improvement opportunities and facilitating change management since December 2020. Previously, as a Sales Project Manager, Mariya focused on optimizing customer project execution, significantly enhancing the Net Promoter Score from 6.0 to 9.
