Rommel Verdugo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as the Internal Audit and Risk Management Director at Bocar Group, Rommel previously held the position of Internal Audit Director for Kellogg Latin America and served as Chief Audit Executive at GICSA. Additional roles include Director of Internal Controls and Compliance at Comex Group and Advisory Partner at Ernst & Young. Rommel Verdugo earned a Diploma in Senior Management, Leadership from IPADE Business School in 2013 and holds a degree in Public Accounting from the Institute of Technology of Sonora, completed in 1996.
