Timo Kouki

Timo Kouki currently serves as the Chair of the Fire Investigation Work Group at CTIF International Association of Fire Services since August 2024. As an author at BoD – Books on Demand GmbH since January 2018 and a Fire Chief at the Finnish Rescue Service since April 1997, Timo Kouki has extensive experience in fire safety and investigation. Timo Kouki held the position of Chief Fire Inspector and Chief Fire Engineer in the Finnish Rescue Service. Additionally, Timo Kouki has experience with the Police of Finland as a Detective Sergeant and with Finnish Customs as a Detective Chief Customs Inspector, with a focus on intelligence operations. Timo Kouki holds a Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences.
