Karl Schneider

Karl Schneider is an experienced environment reporter currently working at The Indianapolis Star since February 2022. Previously, Karl served as an environment reporter and digital producer at Naples Daily News from February 2018 to February 2022. Additional experience includes an investigative reporting fellowship at News21 and a senior editor role at KentWired. Karl's career began at The Collegian as an editor from 2011 to 2014 and encompassed various roles in journalism, including copy desk chief and administration reporter. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Kent State University and an Associate of Arts in English/Journalism from Lorain County Community College.
