Kristine Phillips

Kristine Phillips is an experienced investigative reporter currently working at The Indianapolis Star since October 2021. Previously, Kristine served as a justice and legal affairs reporter for USA TODAY, focusing on the Justice Department and the special counsel investigation related to Russia and President Donald Trump. Kristine's career includes roles at The Washington Post, where a diverse body of work was produced, and The Indianapolis Star, where significant projects included launching a wrongful conviction series and covering major breaking news.
