Nancy Madrid-Baggio

Nancy Madrid-Baggio is an accomplished professional in culture and talent development, currently serving as Executive Director at The Beachbody Company since July 2015, with prior roles including Sr. Director, Director, and Manager within the same field. Previously, Nancy worked at Big 5 Sporting Goods from August 2010 to July 2015 as an Instructional Designer/Developer and LMS Administrator. Educationally, Nancy holds a Women's Leadership Certificate from the Yale School of Management, as well as extensive coursework at Cornell University and UCLA. Additionally, Nancy earned a B.A. in Global and International Studies with a dual major in Latin American and Iberian Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
