Regina Cornejo

Regina Cornejo has extensive experience in HRIS, payroll, and benefits management. Regina currently holds the position of VP, HRIS/Benefits/Payroll at The Beachbody Company. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director and Sr. Director of HRIS and Payroll. Regina also worked as the Director of Payroll at The Beachbody Company from 2015 to 2019. Before joining The Beachbody Company, they held the position of Interim Payroll Director at MUFG - Union Bank and Manager of Payroll Tax at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies. Earlier in their career, they worked at Prospect Mortgage, LLC as a Project Manager of HRIS and later as a Payroll Manager.

Regina Cornejo attended Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Regina has also pursued several additional certifications, including Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential (ACPM) from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) - In Progress from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association, HR Analytics from eCornell, and Workday Pro from Workday.
