Jim Kirsner

Jim Kirsner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and governance, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Fair Isaac Corporation and BodiData, Inc., where Jim contributes to various committees, including the Audit Committee, of which Jim is Chairman at Fair Isaac. Kirsner has held board positions at prominent companies such as SS&C Advent, Cool Systems, Inc., Bank of Marin, and Ask Jeeves, where Jim provided leadership to audit and compensation committees. Previously, Kirsner was Chief Financial Officer at Barra, Inc., overseeing multiple business functions, and a partner at Arthur Andersen, LLP, specializing in the financial services sector. Kirsner earned a BS and MS in Economics and Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and studied at The London School of Economics.
