Allyson Pritchett

Allyson Pritchett is the Founder and CEO of Bodka Creek Capital, a privately held real estate private equity firm managing approximately 1,000 multifamily units and $125 million in real estate assets across the United States since November 2019. In addition to this role, Allyson operates Bodka Creek Consulting as an independent consultant for multinational clients in the healthcare, industrials, and retail/consumer sectors. Formerly a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, Allyson led significant projects including venue negotiations for the LA2028 Olympic Games and retail cost negotiations. Allyson's prior experience includes roles at The Walt Disney Company focusing on real estate portfolio analysis, an Equity Analyst position at T. Rowe Price, and strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company. Allyson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Archaeology from Harvard University.
